How much green is needed?

We intend for the gathering to be financially self-sustaining. Last year we just broke even financially, so be mindful of stretching to help us meet our communal financial need. Funds earned beyond expenses help fund future gatherings, repairs and improvements to Kawashaway, and potentially help us support a charitable donation to a like minded spiritual/activist community.

We offer a sliding scale registration of $85 - 150. Please pay what works for you within that range or, more if you can and less if you cannot.

We want this event to be accessible no matter what an individual fae's ability to pay. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you are hesitating to register based on your finances, honey, just sign up - pay a little, pay a lot, pay now, pay later.

Scholarships may be available

If you are feeling financially pinched, perhaps you have time/energy to contribute to planning or pulling off the event -- let us know you'd like to support the gathering thru a work commitment.

This gathering is self supporting through registrations and donations. Scholarships can be offered through the support of those with a bit extra on hand. Please support yourselves and each other through shared generosity. Donations beyond registration are joyfully accepted.

Contribution calculation:

To register according to the suggested contributions
$85 - $150, more if you can, less if you can't

To help others with limited incomes attend
$25 per scholarship day, or intuit your own amount

To cover the costs for accepting online payments
You may optionally add in a processing fee. Figure 3% + 30¢ of your total, or intuit your own amount

Online payment

We accept online payments through PayPal to securely and instantly receive credit card and electronic check transfer payments. We can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as electronic check transfers. There is no charge to you for signing up or to send money (charges are deducted on ‘our end’, that’s why we ask for the optional fee above). Your credit or bank account numbers remain confidential through your PayPal account.
